Delia was always available for questions, professional, flexible and affordable and provided very well received food. I proposed a Scandinavian viking inspired menu which many caterers were not willing to attempt and she very quickly came back to me with a menu and price quote that was totally in line with what we wanted. She was friendly and went to great efforts to be a part of the wedding including visiting venues and helping us look for additional vendors. When we lost our venue a month before the event, she still was very easy to continue working with. The food was high quality, unique and didn't cost a fortune and she was very willing to work within our budget. Delia's servers were courteous and skilled. Catering was the one thing I never had to worry about for my wedding.

Delia and her team are PHENOMENAL. Delia worked with me to customize a menu that I loved. She was so attentive to all my needs and very encouraging along the way. My wedding day would not have been so beautiful if it weren't for her. The food was beautiful and tasted delicious. The desert bar was gorgeous and the guests loves it. The reception hall was small and bland but with her help it was completely transformed.
